We have a vacancy in our Dealer Care department whose responsibilities include helping to ensure our Dealers are ordering, receiving and paying for boats that they need and want, and to ensure that they are at ease at every point during that process.  This is where you come in! We are looking for a team member who is friendly, bilingual, helpful and with the skills to fit this opportunity who will be representing our Company to our many dealers across Canada.

 

Some aspects of your responsibilities will include:

 

Inside Sales/Dealer Care :

  • Assisting and working closely with our District Managers and dealers through the booking and ordering process for boats, pontoons, parts and accessories and following this process all the way through until the boat is sold to a customer.

  • You will get the opportunity to sell parts and accessories to our dealers

  • Once the product is at the dealer, ensure that the dealers and their customers receive assistance in any warranty claims, complete their financing, receive help at their boats shows, and get assistance in their business to the extent they need with the knowledge and passion of a trusted partner.

  • Yes, there is even some accounting including dealer invoicing, rebate programs, financing terms and freight programs.

  • Manage warranty claims submitted by dealers, trying to solve them in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Coordinate with dealers regarding current information about deliveries, cancellations and rescheduling.
